Tuition: $5500

  • Up to $3,000 scholarships available through application process

Adult Education Students

Additional funding is available for current AE students and students who have received their HiSET within the past 12 months. Funding is available until June 30, 2025 or until funds are exhausted. Funding will be provided on a first come, first serve basis through the Workforce Department.

Course Description
CDL training is a for anyone wanting to drive commercial trucks. The commercial driver’s license training is an instructional program which is intended to help students prepare to obtain their CDL license. In order to work as a commercial truck driver, one must obtain the appropriate license. 

Eligibility Requirements

  • 18 years old
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • Valid LA Driver's License with no flags
  • Pre-requisite: Students will secure learner's permit prior to starting class

Class Details

  • 5 weeks of instruction
  • 1 week of skills demonstration and state examination
