CLTCC has one graduation ceremony in the spring of each year. All students who complete his/her program in the summer, fall, or spring are eligible to participate in the ceremony. The ceremony is a public event so everyone is invited to attend.
The 2018 Spring Commencement is Thursday, May 24, 2018, 2 p.m., at the Pentecostals of Alexandria, 2817 Rapides Avenue, Alexandria, La., 71301.
Follow the steps below to determine your eligibility for graduation:
STEP 1: Meet with your advisor one semester prior to graduation to verify eligibility for graduation. During your meeting, you should complete a degree audit for your program and the CLTCC Graduation Application.
STEP 2: Submit your Graduation Application with the degree audit attached to the Registrar’s Office.
STEP 3: Watch your email for correspondence from the Registrar’s Office regarding the graduation ceremony.
STEP 4: You will be notified of your eligibility for graduation after final grades are calculated. If you meet all of the requirements for your credential, and you have completed your graduation exit, you are eligible to participate in the ceremony. Information regarding rehearsal and the ceremony will be posted on the CLTCC website and sent to your email account on file.
*Please note that all financial obligations must be satisfied before students can participate in the annual ceremony or receive an official transcript or diploma. In addition, students must complete all coursework required for his/her credential prior to the end of the spring semester in order to participate in the ceremony.
